About Me

Phil has 20 years’ experience advising a wide range of clients on commercial real estate matters, with a focus on leasing, lease advisory, and asset management across the UK. Most recently, he worked as an asset manager for a private family office, managing a mixed-use Central London portfolio.

He joins SK&Co to focus on landlord and tenant projects, bringing broad expertise across the retail, office, and industrial sectors.

Outside work, Phil served in the UK Armed Forces for 20 years, including deployment to Kosovo in 1999. He is married with two children, referees rugby with the London Society, and is a long-suffering Welsh rugby fan and supporter of the Llanelli Scarlets.
